GLOSS html modes and MVs

The directory http://gloss.bham.ac.uk/mv/html/ of the gloss distribution and web pages contains the gloss modularvocab code for processing of (x)html and some convenience modules for rapid input of some standard HTML idioms.

The main modules are:

plain, basic html module
meta, metadata module
section, sectioning module
hyperref, cross references module
theorem, theorems and proofs module
theorem-english, other theorems in English
